We use a high-quality stain and high-quality paint on both the wooden frames and lettering respectively.

Shipping:
All items are handmade to order and have a processing time of 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all of our items through FedEx Ground Shipping. Additionally, if you would like to receive your item the following business day we offer overnight shipping through FedEx Express for an additional fee. Overnight shipping price varies depending on the size of the sign you choose. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Hanging:
All of our signs are safe and easy to hang. Each sign comes with a built-in hanging system and easy to follow instructions. You will also be provided with nails to easily hang your sign on the wall.

Please note that all of our signs are handmade. When making each sign, we try our best to use the best materials. We use wood to make all of our signs and because of this slight natural variations can occur. Each sign will be unique in its own way. Additionally, to give the sign a more natural look we leave the back of the sign unpainted.

Customs

I purchased this PERSONALIZED item as a gift and received notice that it had shipped BEFORE I was sent a proof. Once I received the proof, I noted two errors and reached out to customer service. Since the item had already been shipped, according to Etsy, I notified the recipient and asked for them to take a photo of the gift and to hold tight so that a replacement could be sent. In the meantime, a corrected proof was sent to me and I ok’d it. Customer Service said “in full disclosure, the item has already shipped & we are not certain WHICH one was sent, the incorrect one or the corrected one.” I waited a few days and received a photo from the recipient and fortunately, it was the right one! Makes one wonder why a shipping notification was sent to me over a week before the item truly shipped! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ out of 5 for the mix-ups.

The finished product is perfect!

After confusion with the title of the listing, I was unaware that the sign I purchased wouldn’t have the latitude and longitude coordinates on it. I reached out to the seller and was told that my sign had not shipped yet and those coordinates could still be added. I received the sign later than expected and the coordinates were not added. The background color was also not the choice I specified in the order details. I have reached out several times to the seller and have not gotten a response to help since receiving the sign.

The quickness of this order was super quick, legit ordered this in a Monday and it came in on a Thursday. Seller double wrapped the product to ensure no damages. And thank goodness he did since it was raining all day when it delivered. This came out so beautifully I can’t wait to give this to my brother and sister in law for their new house!
