This item arrived so fast right before Christmas and was perfect!. Exactly as pictured and described. Love it!

There was a mistake on the first order, but the seller worked diligently to correct the error and send me a new print for free.

I was very pleased with the sign. The writing was beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. However, the frame was very poorly constructed. It was made from rough wood that was cut crookedly. It was difficult to hang to make it look straight due to the unevenness of the frame. The paint was a thin coat. With a nicer frame I would have rated this 5 stars. I was given an apology and offered a full refund by the seller. I would order again from him since the customer service is good. I also was offered a credit to another purchase by Etsy.
