We use a high-quality stain and high-quality paint on both the wooden frames and lettering respectively.

All items are handmade to order and have a processing time of 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all of our items through FedEx Ground Shipping. Additionally, if you would like to receive your item the following business day we offer overnight shipping through FedEx Express for an additional fee. Overnight shipping price varies depending on the size of the sign you choose. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Hanging:
All of our signs are safe and easy to hang. Each sign comes with a built-in hanging system and easy to follow instructions. You will also be provided with nails to easily hang your sign on the wall.

Please note that all of our signs are handmade. When making each sign, we try our best to use the best materials. We use wood to make all of our signs and because of this slight natural variations can occur. Each sign will be unique in its own way. Additionally, to give the sign a more natural look we leave the back of the sign unpainted.

Customs
We love doing custom orders! We can change the words, color, and size if you'd like. Please contact us if you would like a custom design.

Lovely framed sign !!!! Looks perfect in my guest room.

The item is just as advertised & looks great on the wall, but the shipping process & honesty of the seller was lacking. I ordered this item on 11/24 & Etsy (& the seller’s description) stated that it should arrive by 11/29. On 11/30, I messaged the seller because he had created a shipping label for the item right away, but USPS still hadn’t actually received it yet. Seller tried blaming the USPS workers, saying they hadn’t scanned it in correctly. Uh huh. He didn’t actually get the item to them until 12/4! 9 days later- no tracking updates. Seller said he’d send a new sign. I ask for tracking info for new sign - no response. He was just stalling - hoping the original sign would make it. I filed a missing mail claim on 12/16 & it arrived on 12/18. That’s when I actually heard from the seller again saying it was out for delivery.

Recipient was very pleased with this item.

There was some delay in the seller responding but once he did everything else went as planned
